Biography/Personal Interests: Married to Wilma for 40 years. We have 4 children: Rhodessa, a pediatrician in Friedley, married to Ian Burt, and they have Liam and Nora; Rosanna, an adolescent psychiatric nurse at the U of M; Raphael, who has Down Syndrome and stays with us; and Roldan, an MRI tech in Sartell. I like dabbling in photography and videography.
Philosophy of Care: “I try to treat everyone, patients, friends and those with views different from mine, the way I would like to be treated, and that is with respect. I try to know the patients I see well, especially their values, and then work with them in deciding what among the potentially effective treatment modalities and approaches they would, as individuals, be most comfortable with, or accepting of.”

Biography/Personal Interests: I live in Appleton with my wife Mona who is also in family practice, she worked for the VA for many years and is now considering PRN work. Our daughter, Srin, is a psychologist who helps those with advanced HIV. I like to clean, cook, entertain and design landscaping. I try to live life to its fullest and not worry too much about the future.
