The Appleton Area Health Services’ Foundation is a 501 (c) 3, non-profit, community driven charity that provides fundraising support to Appleton Area Health Services.
The Foundation advances the mission of Appleton Area Health Services – committed to providing high quality health care services in a personalized, compassionate manner, in an environment which enhances human worth. The purpose of the AAHS Foundation is to secure private support and manage financial resources gained through voluntary giving for special projects of the Appleton Area Health Services.
The AAHS Foundation was established in 2000 by the AAHS Board of Directors. Directors are dedicated individuals who voluntarily give their time and share a common interest in quality health care for our community. In 2012, the Board of Directors passed the reigns onto a dedicated group of individuals focused solely on AAHS’ Foundation. Directors are:

Our Foundation is grateful for the support of those who pass through the doors of AAHS. Their philanthropy has strengthened the ability of the Foundation to assist the facility in meeting the growing needs of our community. Private giving is the catalyst that helps make it possible for AAHS to enhance the health of our community and sustain our mission.
